RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All Items that are custom made are not eligible for return unless product is deemed faulty. Contact us regarding the issue, if we feel your item falls into this category we will submit your return. Item must be in the original packaging and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All Other Returns:
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You may return clothing and hard goods within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact. Please note that clearance, final sale, and certain hygiene-restricted items (such as swimwear) are not eligible for return or exchange.
To complete your return, please present your original receipt, invoice, or digital order confirmation. For returns outside of the 30-day window or those missing a receipt, we may issue store credit or an exchange at our discretion. Hard goods must include all original parts and accessories, and any items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted. Certain specialized items, including select electronics, may be subject to a shorter 14-day return window or a standard restocking fee.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method.
